Economy and Daily Life As the beginning of the new tax year approaches, we pray for a just sharing of taxation; that those companies or individuals that currently aggressively avoid or evade tax may accept their responsibilities. We pray for the tax justice campaign recently launched in the Diocese supporting the work of Christian Aid (on developing countries and tax avoidance) and Church Action on Poverty (on poorer people in the UK).
