Mother's Union
The Mother's Union at St. Chad's Coseley
We meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 2pm
We are women - but not always (men belong as well)
We are married - but not all of us (some of us are single or divorced)
We are mothers - but not always (some of us do not have children)
We are members of this Church - but not always (some attend other churches)
We are not limited in our age range
We support family life in the UK and Overseas
We collect goods for women's refuges
We knit or sew for local premature baby units
We provide trauma teddies for children with parents in prison
We support our local clergy
We regard prayer as a vital part of our lives
God is our first and last and at the centre of everything we do

St. Chads Branch of The Mother's Union was formed on 3rd February 1925
and revived by Mrs Esau on 11th December 1933.
